1. Product discovery, not product sales
KakobuyDiscount helps users browse products by brand and category and follow links to corresponding product pages on Kakobuy or other external websites.
We do not sell the products shown in the catalogue and do not handle checkout, payments, order fulfilment, returns, or shipping.
2. Product links and weekly checks
Our team checks product links every week and maintains the catalogue regularly. These checks are intended to identify links that no longer work or may have become outdated.
Links and external pages can change between checks. We therefore cannot guarantee that every link will always work or that every linked product will remain available.
Checking a link does not mean that we have authenticated the product, tested its quality, inspected the seller, or verified the accuracy of every claim made on an external page.
3. External information and websites
Product descriptions, prices, availability, images, seller information, and other details shown on external websites are controlled by those websites or their respective providers.
We do not guarantee that external information is complete, accurate, current, or error-free. Please check the details on the destination website before making a purchase.
4. Purchases and responsibility
Any transaction made after following a link from KakobuyDiscount takes place through the relevant external platform or seller. The applicable purchasing terms, payment procedures, shipping arrangements, return policies, and customer support processes are determined by that provider.
For questions about an order, payment, delivery, refund, or product, please contact the relevant seller or platform.
5. Trademarks and affiliations
Brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed on this website belong to their respective owners. They are used to identify products or help users navigate the catalogue.
Their appearance does not, by itself, indicate that KakobuyDiscount is affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the respective brand or platform.
6. Affiliate and commercial relationships
The presence of a product link alone should not be taken as proof of an affiliate relationship, sponsorship, or commission arrangement.
If any affiliate or other material commercial relationship applies to a particular link or page, that relationship must be disclosed clearly where required by applicable law.
7. Contact
If you have questions about this disclaimer or notice an issue with a product link, contact support@kakobuydiscount.com.
